Meet Our Team

Heather Barrett

Hi, my name is Heather, and I have always had a very keen interest in health and wellness. It has consistently played a significant role in my life, being particularly relevant when I worked in the airline industry, constantly coping with jet lag, different time zones, and often just eating on the go! I realised that adequate nutrition, exercise, sleep, and a positive mindset  were key to maintaining my wellbeing, in an attempt to simply try to feel 'normal'.  In particular, lack of sleep, and any form of continuity increasingly played havoc with my entire wellbeing and lifestyle! After taking Voluntary Redundancy during the Covid Pandemic, I decided to pursue my  interest in health and wellness, focus my energy on changing direction, and build on my experience. As a certified Health and Wellness coach, I have a passion for, and a genuine interest in supporting others, and I relish the opportunity to encourage, inspire, motivate and nurture you to realise your health and wellness potential!

Dave Griffith

Hi, I'm Dave and I have also worked in the aviation industry for more years than I care to remember. I have travelled many miles across several continents, often fatigued, sleep deprived, and existing on a diet deficient in adequate nutrition. In my experience, I believe that our health and wellbeing is intrinsically affected by our work, lifestyle, mindset, and dietary choices. All critical factors that make a difference to how we feel, and how effective our minds and bodies function. Through first-hand experience, I have a good understanding of the physical difficulties and mental challenges associated with balancing a hectic schedule and home life, and over the years, through self-reflection and study, I have developed skills and strategies to combat these challenges, which I can't wait to share with you! I am an experienced Health and Wellbeing coach, specialising in group settings, and I am currently involved in the MAN v FAT project that aims to improve the health of overweight men.
