Duration 4 weeks

Online via zoom


  • An initial Health, Wellness and lifestyle review (60 to 90 minutes) to assess your ongoing health, and clarify the direction of our sessions together


Followed by


  • Three 1:1coaching sessions (1 hour duration each week)


  • With an emphasis on bespoke goal setting that is cl

Kick-start your Health and Wellness journey!

  • Supporting healthy habits and long-term sustainable behaviour change

 

  • Individual food and nutritional guidance, including food diary analysis, and healthy recipe suggestions


  • Once weekly Accountability and progress check to maintain motivation and commitment towards your personal wellness vision

  • With an emphasis on bespoke goal setting that is clear,

Duration 6 weeks

  • An initial Health, Wellness and lifestyle review (60 to 90 minutes) to assess your ongoing health, and clarify the direction of our sessions together


Followed by


  • Five 1:1 coaching sessions (1 hour duration each week)


  • With an emphasis on bespoke goal setting that is clear, concise and achievable

  • Accountability and progress checks to maintain motivation and commitment towards your personal wellness vision


  • Additional email and WhatsApp support for the duration of the programme


  • 2 additional follow-up (15 minute) check-in coaching sessions
